民国17年，战乱不断，百姓流离失所，主角因心善，收敛了一些难民的遗骸，却被人诬陷是盗尸贩卖，为此锒铛入狱，恰巧关师爷途经此地，与叶飞曾是忘年之交，为救叶飞，查清真相，帮助叶飞脱罪，叶飞也因此拜关师爷为师，随他一起去了大漠，却因戏班唱戏，引出了一段发生在大漠的可歌可泣，悲壮的大唐往事……。
